Responsible Gambling and Self Exclusion
For the majority of our Users, gambling means entertainment, fun and excitement. However, we also know that for some of our Users, gambling can have negative side effects. In medical science, pathological gambling has long been recognised as a serious disorder.
Since our first day, we have considered this issue and tried our best to help. Under “Responsible Gambling” we implement a range of measures by which a gambling provider can help reduce the likelihood of negative side effects.
If such side effects do arise, we also take active steps to address them.
The most important tools against negative side effects from gambling are knowledge and education about the risks of gambling, which support our Users’ self-control and help prevent harm.

Helpful hints for responsible gambling at the casino
We recommend that You consider the following tips before gambling, to ensure it remains fun for You and without negative side effects:
Set yourself a deposit limit:
Before You start gambling, consider how much You can afford according to Your financial situation. Play with amounts intended for fun and entertainment.
Do not try to win back a loss at any cost.
Do not take excessive risks to win back previous losses. Play for entertainment, not to earn money.
Set yourself a time limit.
Set a time limit and do not break it. Keep in mind that gambling should stay in balance with Your other hobbies and not be Your only hobby.
Play smart:
It is wiser not to play when You are extremely stressed, depressed or under too much pressure. Also, do not play when You are under the influence of medication, drugs or alcohol.
Take breaks:
Take breaks when You notice that You are getting tired or can’t concentrate anymore.
Only one account:
To better track how much time and money You spend on gambling, it is strongly advised not to create more than one Account per person.
Minor Protection
To use our Service, You must be 18 years or older.
The Company reserves the right to perform identity and age verification checks to ensure compliance. Misrepresentation of age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
To prevent misuse, keep Your login data safe from any minors around You. We recommend using a filter program to prevent minors, especially children, from accessing content on the internet that is not appropriate for them.
For parents, we recommend a list of internet filters to help prevent children from accessing inappropriate content:

Self-Exclusion
If You are diagnosed with a gambling addiction or wish to stay away from gambling for another reason, we want to assist You in avoiding anything that may harm You. “Self-Exclusion” means that You voluntarily exclude Yourself from all gambling services. This exclusion cannot be undone for a set period of time. If You wish to self-exclude from gambling, please message our Support and specify a time span between 6 months and 5 years. They will also explain the next steps and what is required from You.
Please keep in mind that Self-Exclusion is permanent for the selected period and will not be undone for Your protection.
During Self-Exclusion, You are not allowed to create a new Account. Any attempt to create a new Account during Self-Exclusion is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in a permanent ban of Your original Account.
The Company will use reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion requests. However, You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance, and the Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from Your circumvention of self-exclusion measures.
