How do I create a SpaceHills account?+
Click Register at the top of any page, fill in your email address, choose a password, and enter your personal details. You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link inside to verify your address. Your account is ready to use immediately after verification. The whole process takes under two minutes.
Can I have more than one account?+
No. Each player is allowed one account only. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in all accounts being permanently closed and any winnings being voided. If you've lost access to your account, contact support@spacehills.com for help recovering it.
What countries can register at SpaceHills?+

How do I change my password?+

How do I close my account?+

What is the minimum deposit and withdrawal amount?+
The minimum deposit is €20 and the minimum withdrawal is €25. Some payment methods may have their own minimum limits — these will be shown in the Cashier when you select your preferred method.
How long do withdrawals take?+
Withdrawals are usually processed instantly or within a few hours on our side. Once approved, delivery time depends on your payment provider:
- E-wallets & Crypto: Often instant to 24 hours
- Debit/Credit cards: 1–5 business days
- Bank transfer: Up to 5 business days
Processing may be extended if your account requires additional verification.
Why is my deposit missing?+
Please allow up to 10 minutes for the transaction to be processed. If more than 10 minutes have passed and you have been charged but the funds are missing from your account balance, please send proof of the payment (a screenshot or bank statement) to support@spacehills.com and we'll investigate immediately.
Why was my card deposit declined?+
Card declines can happen for several reasons:
- The name in the Beneficiary field doesn't match the cardholder name
- The card has expired
- Insufficient funds on the card
- Incorrect card details entered
- Your bank requires 3D Secure approval for online transactions
- Your bank blocks gambling-related transactions
- Our security system flagged the transaction
Try a different payment method or contact your bank to authorise the transaction. Our support team is also happy to help.
Can I cancel a withdrawal request?+
Once submitted, a withdrawal cannot be changed — but cancellation may be possible depending on the processing status. Go to My Account → Transactions and look for a Cancel button next to the pending withdrawal. If no cancel button is shown, the withdrawal is already being processed and cannot be reversed.
Are there any fees for deposits or withdrawals?+
SpaceHills does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges, currency conversion fees, or foreign transaction fees. We recommend checking with your provider before transacting.
Is there a maximum withdrawal limit?+
Withdrawal limits vary by account level and payment method. VIP players benefit from significantly higher limits and faster processing. To find the limits applicable to your account, check the Cashier or contact our support team.

How do I claim the Welcome Bonus?+
To claim your Welcome Bonus of 250% up to €5,000:
- Log in to your SpaceHills account
- Go to the Cashier and select the Welcome Bonus offer
- Click Opt In before making your deposit
- Deposit at least €20
Bonus funds are credited instantly. You must opt in before depositing — opting in afterwards will not activate the bonus.
Why didn't I receive my bonus?+
Common reasons a bonus may not have been credited:
- You did not opt in before making your qualifying deposit
- You opted in for multiple bonuses simultaneously — only one activates per deposit
- Your deposit was below the minimum qualifying amount
- Your account has an existing active bonus
If none of these apply, contact support with your deposit details and we'll look into it.
What is a wagering requirement?+
A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough) is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before any winnings become withdrawable. For example, a 35× wagering requirement on a €100 bonus means you need to wager €3,500 in total before you can withdraw. Progress is visible in My Account → My Bonuses.
Can I use bonus funds on all games?+
Most slots contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Table games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat typically contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. Live casino games may also have reduced contribution rates. Full details are listed in the specific bonus terms and conditions.
How do I check my bonus balance and progress?+
Go to My Account → My Bonuses to view all active bonuses, your current wagering progress, remaining playthrough requirements, and expiry dates. Bonus funds and real money are held in separate balances — real money is always used first.
How long do I have to meet the wagering requirement?+
For the Welcome Bonus, you have 7 days from the moment you claim the bonus to complete the wagering requirement. The bonus must be claimed within 30 days of registration. Expiry dates for other promotions are listed in their individual terms.
Can I cancel an active bonus?+
Yes. Go to My Account → My Bonuses and select Cancel Bonus. Please note that cancelling a bonus will also forfeit any bonus funds and winnings accumulated from that bonus. Any real money balance is unaffected.

What is a multi-bet (accumulator)?+
A multi-bet (or accumulator) combines two or more individual selections into a single bet.
